Crankshaft Re grinding

Crankshaft re grinding is carried out on either a Prince or a Schou machine the operators of these machines have over 30 years experience.

The capacity of these is up to 7 foot in length.

Engine Balancing

Engine balancing is carried out on a new Borgo digital machine.

Cylinder Boring

Cylinder boring is carried out on fixed pedestal machine and all cylinders are finish honed to give the correct surface finish.

Capacity for this machine is from 1.50 - 6.75".

Con Rods

con rods can be reclaimed. S/Ends fitted, and balanced.

Cylinder Heads.

Cylinder heads are refaced on a new Zanrosso machine, and pressure tested both hot and cold. Valve guides can be reclaimed, replaced or bronze lined to ensure correct clearances are maintained. Valves are re machined using a state of the art Serdi machine, which is also used to re-cut the valve seats.

Engine Parts

We can also supply Gaskets and head bolts (Ajusa), Valves, Bearings (AE, FM & ACL.), Pistons, Ring sets, Cylinder liners AE, Tarabusi, K S & ACL. Camshafts new and re profiled, a superb range of new cylinder heads are also stocked at very competitive prices.
